Fitness & Wellness Programs

If you haven’t been to MiraBay’s Fitness Center, you need to check out our state-of -the-art equipment such as weight-training gear, brand-new Matrix ellipticals, recumbent and upright bikes, as well as Vision treadmills and stair climbers. The MiraBay Fitness Team also offers a wide variety of fee-based group fitness classes. Get a great workout doing yoga, Pilates, cardio jam, rockn’ body sculpt, studio cycling, and more!

Monday – Friday: 5:30am – 9:00pm

Saturday:  7:00am – 8:00pm

Sunday: 7:00am – 8:00pm

 

24-hour Gym Access, may be granted to residents who are 18 years or older, and have filled at out the corresponding forms located at the reception desk.

Whether you like an early morning run or an evening workout session, we have convenient times to accommodate your workout schedule. Our instructors will get your body moving to stay in shape.

Teen Tune UP

Completion of the Teen Tune-Up Program and Certification Course is required before this age group can utilize the fitness center or personal training programs. The major workout components that teens learn in the introductory course include: how to set up a program (reps, sets, what is safe, etc), how to safely perform the selected exercises, and how to practice weight room safety and etiquette. Once a 12- to 15-year-old has completed the Teen Tune-Up program and has been evaluated by a Trainer, he or she will be able to take part in personal training programs and utilize the Fitness Center. $15 per person, one-time fee.
